Pilates Reformer involve movement performed correctly – purposefully and precisely – and with complete muscular and mental control, is more effective and beneficial for optimal mobility and physical function. Exercises in our Pilates Reformer Classes are performed in such a manner. This type of exercise encourages a body and mind connection and this is particularly important as it brings about awareness of the body in movement.

As we become more in tune with our body our localised muscle system improves. Over time this increases mobility, strength, balance and flexibility.

We have classes from Monday to Friday, which fill up quickly.
Monday 8:30am, 5:00 pm and 6:00 pm
Tuesday 7:15 am and 5:00 pm
Wednesday 11:00 am
Thursday 5:00 pm and 6:00pm
Friday 8:30am
